A user is any person added to a workspace. Each workspace picks one package (Free, Launch, AI, or Enterprise) and is billed per user per month. Read-only guests are not counted against your paid users.
Yes. Workspaces upgrade between packages at any time and prorated billing applies for the rest of the current period. Downgrading is supported at the end of any term.
Yes. The Free package supports unlimited workspace users with up to two active projects, core issue management, and table, list, and Kanban views. No credit card is required to start.
Yes. Verified non-profits, accredited educational institutions, and registered open-source projects receive significant per-seat discounts. Contact us with proof of status.
Cancelling stops future renewals at the end of your current billing period and your data stays in place. If you delete a workspace, it is suspended rather than erased and stays recoverable for thirty days before permanent deletion. Documents and attachments can be downloaded individually at any time, and we will help with a full workspace export on request at hello@sprintrack.com.
Yes. You can request a full refund within 14 days of a purchase and within 14 days of every renewal, on any paid plan, monthly or annual. Prepaid AI balance is refundable to the extent it is unconsumed. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
Yes. Our DPA is published in full and takes effect automatically when you accept the Terms, on every plan including Free. It incorporates the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum. A countersigned copy is available on request. We do not offer a HIPAA Business Associate Agreement, and Sprint Track should not be used for protected health information.
Yes. All Sprint Track plans and AI balance purchases are charged in US dollars. Paddle, our Merchant of Record, calculates and collects any applicable local taxes at checkout and issues the invoice.
AI is our highest published self-serve tier and unlocks the AI product areas: Ask with citations, document intelligence, Project Memory, and semantic search. Measured AI usage is paid from a separate prepaid workspace balance in USD rather than a monthly credit allowance, so you only pay for what you use and can set daily spend limits. Enterprise adds contract and invoice billing, extended audit-log retention, enterprise support, and priority onboarding.
