Connect your AI apps to Sprint Track, with one server URL.

Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, VS Code, Gemini CLI, and any other MCP client can work in your workspace through the same remote MCP server, with the same sign-in, permissions, and approvals as ChatGPT and Claude.

One server URL OAuth sign-in, no API key Never more than your role

Before you start

What every app needs.

One server, one workspace per connection, and never more than your Sprint Track role allows.

Server URL
https://api.sprintrack.com/mcp. Every app uses the same one. There is no API key, client ID, or secret to copy.
Sign-in
OAuth. The app opens Sprint Track in your browser, you sign in, choose one workspace, and choose what the app may do: Full access (everything your role allows) or Custom.
Package and role
The workspace needs Launch, AI, or Enterprise. Owners, Admins, Members, and Viewers can connect by default; guests cannot.
Registration
The apps on this page register themselves with Sprint Track the first time they connect. That is not switched on yet, so the Connect tab in Sprint Track shows them as available soon. ChatGPT and Claude on the web, desktop, and mobile already work.
Workspace settings
Administrators can turn each AI app on or off, limit it to read only or to reading and writing without deletions, and choose whether its routine edits are auto-approved. A turned-off app can only describe its access.

Available soon

The apps below connect once Sprint Track switches on self-registration for MCP clients. Until then, use ChatGPT or Claude on the web, desktop, or mobile.

Claude Code

Add the server, or install the plugin.

The plugin adds the same server plus a skill that teaches Claude the approval rules and common workflows.

  1. Add the server

    Add --scope user to make it available in every project.

    Terminal
    claude mcp add --transport http sprint-track https://api.sprintrack.com/mcp
  2. Authenticate

    Start Claude Code, run /mcp, select sprint-track, and choose Authenticate. Sign in, choose a workspace, and grant access.

    In Claude Code
    /mcp

Or install the Sprint Track plugin

  1. Add the Sprint Track marketplace

    In Claude Code
    /plugin marketplace add axceera/sprint-track
  2. Install the plugin

    In Claude Code
    /plugin install sprint-track@sprint-track
  3. Authenticate

    Run /mcp, select the Sprint Track server, and choose Authenticate.

Codex

Add Sprint Track to your Codex configuration.

Codex reads MCP servers from its configuration file and signs in with the same OAuth flow.

  1. Add the server to ~/.codex/config.toml

    config.toml
    [mcp_servers.sprint-track]
    url = "https://api.sprintrack.com/mcp"
  2. Sign in

    Codex opens your browser so you can sign in, choose a workspace, and grant access.

    Terminal
    codex mcp login sprint-track

Cursor

Add Sprint Track as an MCP server.

  1. Add the server to ~/.cursor/mcp.json

    mcp.json
    {
      "mcpServers": {
        "sprint-track": {
          "url": "https://api.sprintrack.com/mcp"
        }
      }
    }
  2. Sign in

    Open Cursor's MCP settings and sign in to Sprint Track when asked, then choose a workspace and grant access.

VS Code

Add Sprint Track to your workspace's MCP configuration.

  1. Add the server to .vscode/mcp.json

    mcp.json
    {
      "servers": {
        "sprint-track": {
          "type": "http",
          "url": "https://api.sprintrack.com/mcp"
        }
      }
    }
  2. Start it and sign in

    Start the server from VS Code. It opens your browser so you can sign in, choose a workspace, and grant access.

Gemini CLI

Add Sprint Track to your Gemini CLI settings.

  1. Add the server to ~/.gemini/settings.json

    settings.json
    {
      "mcpServers": {
        "sprint-track": {
          "httpUrl": "https://api.sprintrack.com/mcp"
        }
      }
    }
  2. Sign in

    In Gemini CLI, run the command below, then choose a workspace and grant access.

    In Gemini CLI
    /mcp auth sprint-track

Any MCP client

If it speaks MCP over HTTP with OAuth, it can connect.

Add a remote server of type HTTP (Streamable HTTP) with the server URL. The first time it connects, it opens your browser to sign in.

Server URL
https://api.sprintrack.com/mcp

After connecting

You stay in control of every change.

The same rules apply to every app.

Two approvals
Your AI app asks you before it uses a tool that changes something. Sprint Track then holds the change for an approver, unless the workspace auto-approves that app's routine edits. Sensitive and destructive changes always wait.
Ask the app
Ask "what can you do in Sprint Track?" The app reads its access through the access_context tool: the workspace, the access you granted, what needs approval, and your pending requests.
Approvals
Approvers are notified in Sprint Track and by email, and open the request from the notification. You can follow your own requests under Approvals.
Audit trail
Every change an AI app makes, or asks for, is recorded under Settings, then Audit trail, with the app's name and whether it was auto-approved.
Disconnect
Open AI assistants, then Connections, in Sprint Track to narrow or revoke a connection. Revoking ends the app's access straight away.

Read Approvals and the audit trail for how approvals, notifications, and the audit trail work end to end.
